With Bridge Preventing Vibration Valve

An instantaneous osmotic force is imperative for dissolution.

The ACTON injects water tangentially to give a rotational energy. Having become a shockwave, the water molecules are made to instantaneously permeate the powder, distributing and dissolving it.

A cylindrical valve within the sub-hopper in the hopper is made to vibrate, preventing the powder from bridging on the sides and so both quantitative feeding and regulation of feeding amounts are simple.

High solubility and reduction of inhomogeneous solidification

Uniform dissolution/minute dissolution/dissolution from high to low concentrations are possible through initial distribution and dissolution by means of a high-pressure water current, giving a wide range of applications to powder products.

Blockage prevention structure
