Stagnation Sections Formed by Many Flow Inclined Flaps in the Sedimentation Basin
Following the purification functions of natural rivers, sludge blanket zones are created through installing PATORESIA in the sedimentation basin, accelerating the solid-liquid separation by adhesion, filtration and precipitation. The PATORESIA has a broad range of uses such as land-based sedimentation basins, and public works in rivers, lakes and dams.
Improved Water Quality through Hindered Settling Effect
Contact/Adhesion Precipitation Accelerated
A reduction in chemical quantities used and stable operation and maintenance is made possible together with increasing throughput by increasing water surface area and retention time. A compact sized sedimentation basin can be planned at establishment.
Flow is uniformly rectified and the sedimentation basin efficiency is increased through the division and partitioning of the sedimentation basin water surface. A stable water quality can be acquired through this graded partitioning.
Weight burden on the sedimentation basin framework is reduced by means of a float structure. Also, as it is a non-clogging type, maintenance is unnecessary and management duties are drastically reduced.
Assembly and attachment is possible by hand without stopping equipment in operation.13. Initial sedimentation is the key!Different clarification effect!

Settling acceleration adhesion of organisms - Stagnation zone of settling in the flow
Working Principle
Acceleration of Hindered Setting
"Stagnation zones in the flow" are created directly before and after the individual flaps to form ideal setting conditions. In particular, when the turbidity of raw water is high, this stagnation zone fomes a spontaneous sludge blanket zone to accelerate fitering and sedimentating actions.
Clarification is performed by means of microparticle removal and solid-liquid separation by contact filtration operations from hindered settling particle groups.
Microparticles that are difficult to precipitate are removed by a contact/adhesion filtration action. In particular, the P-NR type promotes the contact and adhesion precipitation actions by means of water plant-like flaps.
